Customer Service Advisor - Stores - London - 36.25 hrs

You will be the first point of contact for hmv customers and will use your proven customer service skills to efficiently respond to complaints via telephone and email, ensuring that effective resolutions are implemented.
Your contractual hours will be 36.25 hours between 9am and 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.
Customer service experience in a fast paced store or head office environment is essential.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal are a prerequisite for this role.
